Sales policy
1.- Thank you very much for your interest in my work, my name is Ana and I am the one who makes the mugs. As you can see, I am not a big store, I am just a small artist who is dedicated to sell her work through this website, which stores all my catalog of available pieces and my online store, each piece is handmade and involves a whole process of creation, which is why all sales are final. Remember that these are handmade pieces, and therefore there is no guarantee that they will be exactly the same, they may have slight variations, but those variations are what makes them unique.
2.- There may be exceptions and refund of payment for the following circumstances which I will describe below:
2.1.- A sale may be canceled because the piece is no longer available or it was impossible for me to perform, so I will be issuing the refund corresponding to the section or payment that was made for that piece, I will be communicating with you regarding that I can not perform such work and likewise I will send you the refund with the corresponding amount.
A sale may be canceled due to lack of stock, I recommend you always read well delivery times and be aware of my social networks so you can be monitoring when your order comes out. Always anticipate your purchases, since they are handmade pieces, there may be delays for different reasons.
2.2.1.- I may have too much work to do and therefore shipments may be delayed for a few days.
2.2.2 .- As you can check I am only one person behind all the work done, so sometimes I may have unforeseen events, physical or health and this leads me to be absent for a few days and therefore may have delays with orders. ALWAYS ANTICIPATE YOUR PURCHASES.
3.- Anticipate your purchases, remember that everything is made to order, delivery times are in the description of specifications of each product as well as in the FAQ section. Remember that all sales are final.
I only have an online store, I do not have a physical store, nor distributors of any kind. I am not a store as such or a big store, I only make some art which I sell through this website and through my social networks.
5.- PURCHASES IN PROMOTION, DISCOUNTS OR PRE-SALES
5.1.1.- THERE ARE NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS. SALES ARE FINAL.
5.1.2.- IF MORE THAN 45 DAYS HAVE PASSED AND YOU HAVE NOT PAID FOR THE PART YOU SET ASIDE IN 2 PAYMENTS. AND YOU DO NOT CLAIM YOUR ORDER, IT IS AUTOMATICALLY CANCELLED.
5.1.3.- IF YOU BOUGHT IN OFFER OR PROMOTION, OR I MADE YOU SOME ADDITIONAL DISCOUNT AND YOU WANT SOME CHANGE, THERE ARE NO CHANGES OR REFUNDS. SALES ARE FINAL, REMEMBER THAT THESE ARE HANDMADE PIECES.
6.- Exchanges and returns
6.1.1.- THERE ARE NO EXCHANGES OR RETURNS. THE SALES ARE FINAL. What you acquire is a handmade product, which can have its variations, therefore I am not a multimillionaire company that mass produces my pieces, they are handmade pieces, this is why the sales are final.
6.1.2.- There can only be a possibility of exchange or replacement of the product for the following situations:
-The product arrived totally broken without the possibility of being repaired, and it is completely unusable, due to parcel damages, only applies when they are particular parcels, it does not apply to parcels like Correos de Mexico, since this parcel is usually too rough with the packages and does not have fragile pieces shipped. In this case, I will only offer a replacement of the damaged product.
- When there is minor damage, such as a small scratch or scuff, there will be no exchanges or refunds. But you will be able to get a discount coupon, courtesy of me.
7.- Shipping and Parcels.
7.1.1.- Shipments are made within 10-12 business days (business days are handled Monday through Friday excluding weekends) after you made your purchase. This is because the pieces are elaborated first, when I finish the elaboration, I generate the guide and I begin to prepare your order to make the corresponding shipment, with the parcel service that you chose.
7.1.2 .- Shipments are made with the parcel you chose, but this may change, if your zip code appears as extended zone (hard to reach area), the parcels usually charge an extra percentage to the cost of shipping, not to harm your pocket or mine, opt for the parcel that offers a better service and also a better cost. In case you opted for an express service and there is no express service to your zip code, the change will be reflected in the notification when you receive the tracking number in your email.
7.1.3.- Once the tracking number is sent to the email, it is the buyer's responsibility to monitor their parcel status, always attach the web address according to the parcel they chose to track their order. In case your order appears as delivered and you still have not received the package, please contact me within 36 hours in order to file the corresponding loss report and/or check the damage caused by the parcel, after this period of time I Ana Strange will not be responsible for any damage or loss caused by the parcel.
7.1.4.- High Season, when there is a high season in sales, there may be delays in shipments and arrival dates of your orders. High seasons are always in December, so I recommend you to anticipate your purchases.
7.1.5.- IF YOUR ORDER IS A LARGE ORDER (Over $2000. 00 mxn) AND YOU DO NOT DECIDE TO PAY THE ADDITIONAL INSURANCE, I WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DAMAGES THAT MAY BE CAUSED BY THE TRANSFER OF THE MERCHANDISE, SINCE THERE MAY BE DETAILS WHEN IT ARRIVES AT ITS DESTINATION, AND IT WILL BE IMPOSSIBLE FOR ME TO COVER SUCH DAMAGES MONETARIALLY.

IF NO SE HACE EN ESTE LAPSO DE TIEMPO NO ME HAGO RESPONSABLE DE LOS PAQUETES PERDIDOS ASI MISMO TENDRAS TU QUE LEVANTAR REPORTE DIRECTAMENTE CON LA PAQUETERÍA. I AM PLEASED WITH THESE NOTIFICATIONS, BUT I AM ONLY AWARE OF THE NOTIFICATIONS THAT HAVE BEEN SENT TO YOU IN CONNECTION WITH THE CAMINO AND THE PORTS OF ENTRY.
